1. Quotations & Proof Confirmation

All quotations provided through WhatsApp are based on the specifications provided (dimensions, paper stock, quantity, finishing). Final production commences only after proof approval and order confirmation.

2. Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they hold rights to logos and artwork submitted for printing. Monarch Enterprises is not liable for spelling errors or low resolution present in customer-approved final proofs.

3. Pickup & Fulfillment

Finished orders can be collected at our Bahria Town Karachi location or fulfilled via agreed delivery options confirmed upon quote acceptance.
