Artwork & File Preparation Guidelines
Follow these simple preparation steps to ensure your business cards, banners, books, packaging, and stationery print with maximum clarity.
File Review Disclaimer:
All submitted artwork files are reviewed by our team before production confirmation. If we notice low resolution, missing bleeds, or un-outlined fonts, we will inform you on WhatsApp before printing.
1. Preferred File Formats
We prefer Vector PDF files exported with high-quality print settings. We also accept Adobe Illustrator (.AI), CorelDraw (.CDR), and uncompressed PNG / TIFF image files.
2. Image Resolution Guidance
For standard paper products (business cards, brochures, books, packaging, menus), ensure all embedded images are 300 DPI minimum. For large-format outdoor flex banners and Panaflex signs, 100–150 DPI at physical scale is recommended.
3. Bleed and Safe Area Margins
Include a 3mm outer bleed on all sides for cut-to-size paper items. Keep all important text, logos, and contact information at least 3mm inside the final cut edge (safe zone).
4. Font Outlining & Embedding
Convert all text fonts to outlines (curves) in Illustrator or CorelDraw before saving, or ensure all fonts are fully embedded in exported PDFs to prevent font substitution during printing.
5. Color Expectations (CMYK vs RGB)
Design your artwork in CMYK color mode. Screens display colors in RGB, which can look brighter than physical ink on paper or flex. Converting your artwork to CMYK before submission gives the most realistic preview.
6. File-Sharing Instructions
You can paste a Google Drive or cloud storage link directly in our quote builder wizard, or attach your actual design file inside the WhatsApp chat after your prepared request opens.
